So my friend over at A Glimpse Inside has Tasty Tuesday so I thought I would join today and share a wonderful favorite receipe! Corn Salad this is the easiest and best addition to any summer cookout!
2 cans of white shoepeg corn
mayo
green onions
tomatoes(optional)
Drain the corn and mix in mayo to make it cover because the corn absorbs then and then chop up some green onions and tomatoes to taste and liking! then mix together and then put in the fridge until cold! So easy and amazing!
